I am waving my wand. I believe in magic!

The pathology report from my lumpectomy is complete. The wait will soon be over. Today I received an email: my post-op appointment with Dr. Escallon is on Tuesday (Jan. 31) to discuss the pathology results and find out the next steps in kicking breast cancer to the curb.

SIDEBAR: Now if you read yesterday's post, you'll know that my post-op meeting was most likely on February 3. I had checked with the surgeon's office and they were not hopeful for January 31 since they hadn't received the report. YET. Hahaha and now a day later I get the email wanting me to confirm my January 31 appointment. Look at me manifesting meetings! Thanks Universe.

This waiting period nervousness has mostly been displaced by my intentional focus on post-op healing and recuperation. One step at a time. I won't deny that there has always been a little nag pulling at my fears, and yet, I continue to hold the vision of a positive outcome. Who is with me?

The surgeon was confident in being able to remove all the cancer, but as we all know nothing is guaranteed. So as I wait for the pathology results, I hold the energy and vision that the outer edge of the removed tissue does not contain any cancerous cells. If the margins are clear, then the next step in treatment will be radiation and no chemo. I'm also holding the belief that there won't be any unexpected surprises either. That, my sweet Love-Humans would be a positive outcome! MAGIC! ⭐️
